Arrow Pest Control - Customer Service & Call Center Specialist

We are hiring a full-time team members who will be responsible for communicating and coordinating effectively with customers via phone, text, and email. Our services include insects, rodents, ticks, mosquitos, and termites. Our ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for High-Energy Customer Service Representatives who can express what we do to both current and new customers, schedule appropriately, provide proposals, AND get paid commission for phone sales!

Base Pay of $19 - $23 plus OT.

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm w/hour lunch break.

Some Saturdays: 8:00am - 12:00pm (REMOTE FROM HOME)

Responsibilities:

• Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication protocols to provide proper information
• Build the customer relationship and experience
• Ability to schedule and dispatch as appropriate
• Typing Skills & Data Management
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow-through while managing time efficiently and effectively
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills; listening and having empathy
• Meet personal and team selling targets while being paid commissions and bonus'
• Previous experience in a call center environment of some kind is a plus

Requirements:

• One year of customer service or scheduling experience preferred
• A minimum of a high school education
• Transportation to and from 200 Campus Drive, Morganville, NJ 07751
