    Job Title: Executive Director
    Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide overall administration and supervision of a primary mental health facility, including business, fiscal, and clinical aspects.
    • Develop and execute long and short-term plans, conduct program evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulatory statutes.
    • Supervise facility operations through various methods such as monitoring activities, direct observation, staff meetings, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Lead strategic planning, clinical program oversight, budget management, and facility maintenance.
    • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government agencies, and community organizations.
    • Mentor and guide a diverse team, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and compassion.
    • Drive business development initiatives, including marketing and partnerships.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mental health treatment.
    • Represent the facility in public forums, conferences, and advocacy efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in healthcare administration, social work, psychology, or related field.
    • Independent clinical licensure preferred (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
    • 5 years of leadership experience in mental health treatment, with a strong understanding of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and program development.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work with diverse populations and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of Fort Lauderdale's healthcare landscape and community resources.
