The Medical Assistant (Consultant) position is a non-exempt position paying $20-25 per hour. The hours are flexible up to 10 hours for the week (Monday-Friday). Consulting Medical Assistant will be working in the Child Advocacy Center in Central Islip location. The role reports to the Division Director.
Primary Purpose of Job:
The Medical Assistant will assist the medical providers at the Child Advocacy Centers with various aspects of patient care. Using a multidisciplinary team approach, the Child Advocacy Centers, located in Central Islip and Riverhead, NY, provide services to child victims of sexual abuse.
