Secondary Marketing Product Specialist is responsible for the inventory control function of Secondary Marketing including preparation of pipeline management, commitment/sales, and market-to-market reports. Plays a direct role in the post closing area in regards to pipeline management, warehouse management and the loan funding process. Directly participates in the creation of product specifications and marketing documents for Production.

Job Description/Requirements:

- Responsible for registering and locking loans with all private investors as needed. To include data input of lock information in LOS.
- Review and maintain various Secondary reports including, but not limited to the Allocated Report, Warehouse Reports, Pricing Exception, and Lock Expiration reports.
- Execute the lock-in policy and procedures established by Senior Management to included verifying Account Manager Lock information for accuracy.
- Provide interest rate and product information to Account Managers and Production Teams as needed.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new correspondent relationships.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of all product related documentation, ad-hoc guidelines changes, announcements and product comparison reference guides.
- Provide investor scenario support to the Account Managers and Operations Teams.
- Design and host product training sessions for Account Manager and Operations Teams to support new products, product expansions, and product support such as training and guideline documentation.
- Maintain guideline proficiency for FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/USDA and an array of Non Agency Investors.
- Creation and maintenance of all product related documentation in Encompass and Optimal Blue.

To qualify, a four year degree in business is preferred and at least 4 years of mortgage banking experience, or equivalent combination of both. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required. Preferred experience in Encompass, Power BI, Optimal Blue and Power Point, but not required. Attention to detail, organizational skills and mathematical skills required. This is NOT a remote role.
