We’re hiring a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President and CEO. You’ll be in charge of managing email inboxes, and schedules, making travel arrangements, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. This position requires knowledge of PowerPoint, and Excel, with an ability to draft presentations. Must be able to represent the Executive team by coordinating rapid resolutions to issues.

The ideal person should be well-known for being upbeat, personable, and solution-oriented.

Note: This position is in-office full-time in Austin.

$55,000

• Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
• Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc.
• Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive
• Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
• Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date

• Manage Email for the Executive Team. Delete emails, forward as needed, respond as directed, and ensure urgent matters are resolved.
• Manage the calendars for the Executive Team. Coordinate meetings and calls while ensuring participants attend.
• Assist in the development of company presentations as requested.
• Responsible for coordinating problem resolution on behalf of the Executive Team while engaging Management as needed for prompt resolutions.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
• 2 years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
