We are seeking a qualified and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of real estate, commercial, and consumer loans. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, provide guidance on loan options, and facilitate the application process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lending procedures, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. With both on-site processing and dialers while working with multiple different lenders, we set you up for success and most importantly the best experience for our clients!

Responsibilities:
- Originate and close mortgage loans

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

- Analyze financial information and assess risk

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Experience:
- Active mortgage license(s)

- Proven experience in mortgage lending

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
