The majority of our business is derived from our aggressive advertising, multiple websites, lead generation companies, and referrals. We expect the Marketing Department we're building to be aggressive, eager to learn, and dependable. Training will be provided for individuals selected for this position. We're seeking individuals that possess excellent communications skills, are innovative, and capable of developing marketing strategies that will help the entire “team” and well organized. The majority of our sales are conducted by telephone and face-to-face from offices, but some outside sales calls will be expected after your initial training.
Base Pay- Starting at $13-$15 depending on experience.
Additionally- Commision/Bonuses structure will be discussed in interview.
Medical & Dental Insurance- Will be offered.
401K- Will be offered.
Vacation- Offered after 1 year.
