Top Mortgage Credit Manager manages the loan application review process to determine loan eligibility and terms. Schedules and coordinates workload to ensure timely and accurate turnaround, and adequate staffing. Being a Top Mortgage Credit Manager provides loan options or product recommendations based on qualifications and stays informed on any new products, regulations, or product changes. Assists loan underwriters with complex or unique circumstances and trains the team on all regulatory guidance to ensure compliance. Additionally, Top Mortgage Credit Manager recommends improvements to the review process and general underwriting procedures to maximize efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Top Mortgage Credit Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Top Mortgage Credit Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. A Lead Loan Officer/Branch Manager position is needing to be filled that is responsible for increasing production of existing loan officers while also self originating and closing loans.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating your own loans and being the first point of contact for loan officers when help is needed.
X2 Mortgage is licensed in AZ,CA,TX,CO and FL (and adding more!). We're growing each month and need someone to streamline the production part of the business.
This is a fully commission position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
