Business leader needed for 7-Eleven’s Mergers & Acquisitions/Acquisition Integration (M&A/AI) team, who is creative and strategic. The 7-Eleven M&A/AI team’s mission is to accelerate 7-Eleven’s store development in North America and support 7-Eleven International in growth outside North America and to directly assist in 7-Eleven’s transformation and growth through utilizing acquisitions and strategic transactions to accelerate change and growth in its in-store, digital and service product offerings, as well as the technology and/or processes to support such business, product and services development (e.g. Delivery and Store Innovation).
The Director will be a key member of the overall M&A/AI leadership team and assume a leadership role on individual product and project teams for transactions. As a leader, he/she will need to lead the M&A/AI team members, as well as members from cross-functional teams as needed on each project, to appropriately evaluate, analyze, value and negotiate the transaction. The ability to creatively solve problems and manage the team strategically to negotiate and consummate transactions that are accretive to the Company’s financial and non-financial goals will be key to being successful in this role. This leader will need to internalize and utilize the 7‑Eleven Values and Leadership Principles supported by strategic, big-picture and non-linear thinking to move quickly and decisively.

Preferred Education: Bachelors/4 Year Degree in Business or related field
Preferred Experience: At least 10 years Finance, M&A, Private Equity/Investment Banking, or similar experience
Preferred Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the C-Store Industry and Retail; other applicable business experience
