What you'd be doing?

• Lead the day-to-day execution of all M&A processes, including analyzing presented investment opportunities, strategizing the potential transaction, and completing due diligence.
• Synthesize information and prepare materials for the management team, board of directors, and financial sponsors Proactively analyze and perform financial modelling of both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions and margin-enhancing strategies, within the existing business.
• Produce pro forma analysis of potential growth opportunities as requested by senior management.
• Collaborate with the business development team to define and execute on existing investment opportunities.
• Oversee financial research and analyses to inform critical M&A decision-making processes.
• Develop high-quality financial models for third-party investors using various modeling techniques.

What Are We Looking for?

• 3-5 years of M&A execution experience in transactions that include telecom and digital infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability collaborate with all levels inside an organization (C-Level and VP/Director level)
• Demonstrated ability to work through regulated companies’ procedures to contract for Infrastructure services
