St. Luke's TA seeks an experienced Coordinator to join our team. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders.

What you can expect from this role:

• Supports the coordination and delivery of exceptional candidate experiences as it relates to interviewing and sourcing activities
• Schedules complex candidate interviews, including coordination of meals, community tours and other administrative activities
• Ability to support sourcing program logistics as it relates to event management and logistics, with occasional local travel possible
• Exercises exceptional written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable leveraging phone communication, as necessary
• Brings outstanding customer service to both candidates and leaders, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition recruiters.
• Applies thorough knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures while understanding and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
• Experience: 2 years relevant experience
