The Allocation Analyst role contributes to the company’s goals through performing and continuing to refine the Allocation function at 5.11. The analyst will be responsible for defining new ways of working as it relates to reserving and allocating inventory efficiently and effectively across channels and customers. The Analyst is responsible for designing, building, maintaining and analyzing complex reporting to support the Inventory Management team and the broader Operations team. The analyst will also communicate with IT and customer service to leverage available tools ensuring business decisions made are executed in the system correctly. In addition to managing all allocation system jobs, the analyst will support the Manager of S&OP in creating, validating, and communicating key KPI’s and root cause reporting across the business. This individual will be comfortable working with a level of ambiguity and autonomy.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000 plus bonus.
