    THE POSITION

    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    The Investment Analytics Associate will play a critical role in the Tactical Asset Allocation team, transforming complex data into actionable insights that optimize our investment process.

    • Craft and refine analytical tools and dashboards. These will foster a deeper understanding of market dynamics and potential opportunities.
    • Ensure transparency and objectivity by developing data-driven monitors that keep the investment process on track.
    • Deliver insightful, regular and targeted analyses that influence key decision-making.
    • Bridge the gap between market trends, portfolio risk, and investment goals. Achieve this by providing real-time analytics to the investment team, ensuring alignment with market opportunities.
    • Translate insights into practical action by seamlessly integrating them into existing workflows. This will involve leveraging familiar tools like Excel and email-based reporting.

    THE PERSON

    Pivotal Experience & Expertise

    • 2 years of experience in fixed income, quantitative analytics, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Excel/VBA, SQL, Python, Tableau, and Bloomberg.
    • Data analytics and/or programming experience.
    • Knowledge of capital markets, derivatives modeling, and valuation techniques.
    • Required: Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
    • Preferred: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in quantitative / mathematical finance, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience in an insurance company a strong plus but not required.

    In addition to base salary, other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
