Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executive team members
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and transcribe correspondence, memos, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate and organize projects and events
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with document management using tools such as DocuSign
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Greet visitors and provide front desk support
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, handling various tasks as assigned
- Assist with property management

Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project coordination skills
- Excellent data entry and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with document management tools like DocuSign
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment operation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling software
