· Provide leadership to all organizations and individuals in the plant to meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.
· Provide development of staff leaders to guide plant and support organizations
· Work with customers, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet organizational requirements
· Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance and safety
· Establish and maintain the plant vision for success
· Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University & Minimum 10 years of manufacturing / services or repair activities experience
· Strong Lean expertise in driving transformation
