We are looking for a talented IT Leader to join our team specializing in Systems / Information Technology for our Corporate / CBS Segment in Columbus, IN.
Manages a group of intermediate level IT employees.
Participate as a key member of an IT Management Team.
Responsible for financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.
Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and people development.
Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, global team management.
Compile and present Management Reports on team performance including metrics, deliverable status, etc.

This position will serve as the IT application owner for the ServiceNow application and as a key technical resource regarding configuration, design, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Service Management Manager with a high sense of ownership, urgency, and drive and who has worked in IT Operations of a large organization.
This position will lead a dedicated team of developers and vendor resources, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects and initiatives.
Key requirements and responsibilities :
Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM or similar tools, ITIL and ITOM
ServiceNow integration experience with 3rd party software and applications
Ensure effective management and maintenance of the configuration management process and CMDB and IT asset management in general.
Prior experience with custom application development, developing and implementing API's and solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery.
Proven experience in facilitating requirement gathering workshops, design, and development activities to deliver and deploy a satisfactory end-user experience.
Partner with leadership to maintain and drive towards an aggressive platform roadmap.
Proactively stay on top of new capabilities in the platform and educate team members and stakeholders.
ITIL v3 or V4 foundations certification and ServiceNow system administrator certifications preferred.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
