  • Program & Project Management Manager (Accenture LLP; Hartford, CT): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program & Project Management Manager in Hartford, CT, and the job duties are as follows:

    • Support the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or clients.
    • Develop technical specifications and related documentation.
    • Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives.
    • Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment.
    • Coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
    • Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders.
    • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

    Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

    • Architecting delivery of solutions in at least one of the following areas: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or PCF;
    • Utilizing DevOps and Agile methodology;
    • Utilizing GitHub and Jenkins;
    • Cloud architecture and utilizing container technologies, including Kubernetes; and
    • Managing J2EE projects, including providing solutions for complex requirements on the front-end, middleware, and back-end.

    Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
