    Sedona Staffing Moline is currently seeking a Material Coordinator II at John Deere Davenport Works.

    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinates for multiple departments the procuring, expediting, producing and delivering material on time.
    • Includes managing the movement of rejected material to source.
    • Recommends procedures for specific situations that will maintain inventory accuracy and management.
    • Finds and corrects root cause of material shortages.
    • May provide recommendations for solutions.
    • Utilizes Master Schedule to create and distribute daily production schedules.
    • May include the processing of transactions for inbound/outbound materials.
    • Audits material replenishment cycles and accuracy and may create material replenishment plans with assistance.
    • Resolves inventory errors and expedites parts to ensure uninterrupted production.
    • Works critical shortage reports to ensure part availability.
    • Candidate will be working within the Operations and Supply Management teams as a functional team member and service provide
    • They will oversee production material availability, ensuring that direct material is scheduled and available on time to the work center.
    • Candidate will work primarily in SAP MRP system and will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and controlling inventory.
    Requirements:
    • Previous or Current Military Experience preferred
    • Microsoft Office
    • SAP or equivalent MRP systems is a plus.
    • Candidate that isn't afraid to respectfully engage.
    • Ambitious and motivated
    • Can-Do Attitude
    • Ability to analyze data and push for improvement.
    • Critical Thinking and a self-starter
    • Metatarsal boots required all other PPE provided
    • Expected work will often be 50 hours (8-10 hours typical)
    • 1st shift Position but requires flexibility to changing demands of the business for possible overtime, and weekend work.
    • Seeking candidates that have a good understanding of manufacturing demands, supply and logistics flow with a customer service mindset
