Materials Management/Purchasing Department Clerk position. Requires minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Applicant must display excellent communication and people skills. Supply Chain/Procurement/Logistics in Healthcare experience preferred. Position will work under the Department Manager to assist in receiving, shelf restocking, departmental issuing, and reconciling of all stock and non- stock supplies and equipment, the management of inventory and purchasing procedures of materials and supplies. May move or transport material or supplies to other departments; and may compile reports on use of stock and adjustment of inventory count and stock records and generate routine requisitions to replace inventory. Position requires applicant to be accurate, detail oriented, knowledgeable of multiple computer programs and proficient with relevant technology and software applications and have problem-solving aptitude. Applicant should be able to multitask, work quickly and manage deadlines. Must be physically able to sit for extended times, stoop, reach, and stretch and capable of lifting, up to 40 lbs. Requires good verifiable references and team player attitude.
Position is Full Time 40 hours/week. Hourly compensation $16.00-$20.96 dependent on experience.
