Hours: 9am-5pm Mon- Friday Location: 100% on site and conveniently located right on the bus line
Pay: $19.00 an hour
Location: Bloomington MN 55425- 100% On Site

Position Title: Outbound Research Calls Immediate Positions (no sales)

Responsibilities.

• Proven experience in call center customer support role to include sales, marketing research or equivalent combination.
• Make outbound calls to conduct telephone interviews to gather and document data on the phone.
• Outbound calling provides excellent customer service while gathering various details.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally to a variety of diverse audiences.
• Professional phone presence with a positive demeanor

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 years of previous customer service or call center experience inbound or outbound.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions along with good attendance.
• Organized, Team player and Microsoft Office Knowledge
• Ability to work on a computer and navigate through multiple software.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
