Position Description: This position serves as the principal executive assistant for the Deputy Program Executive Officer (DPEO) for Tactical Aircraft Programs (PEO (T)). The incumbent is responsible for assisting and coordinating a variety of administrative activities directly supporting the Deputy Program Executive Officer (DPEO) and providing support for the Program Executive Officer (PEO), as needed.
Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing and tracking correspondence, receiving visitors, receive incoming mail, arranging conference calls, calendar management and scheduling meetings. Coordinating read-ahead briefings. Arranging travel in DTS, updating BASICS II information.
Education: High School diploma / GED
Experience: Senior - over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience: 1 year of experience using DTS, JPAS and BASICS II.
