Position: Manufacturing Supervisor
Reports To:  Factory Manager

We are searching for Manufacturing Supervisor who is driven to achieve high levels of performance in all aspects of manufacturing, including planning, resource management and throughout.  Strong experience and background in manufacturing, training, and technical aptitude is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the production of industrial sewn products with diverse fabrication across multiple production lines.
2. Achieve high level of performance by communicating job expectations, planning, coaching, and training employees.
3. Manage workflow by monitoring steps of the production process to meet performance expectations and deadlines.
4. Maintain accurate and timely productivity data for each job in-process.
5. Maintain quality standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Performs other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Ability to read & interpret blueprints.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities to meet performance expectations.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual a plus

Salary Range- $65,000 to $70,000 annually

Job Type:  Full-time, Mon. - Thurs., 6:30am–5:00pm & Over Time on Fri/Sat as needed.
