Develops and incorporates solid operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs into all manufacturing processes. Being a Top Manufacturing Executive adopts process designs, technologies, and methods that maximize operational efficiency. Directs and participates in workforce or labor relations negotiations and planning activities. Additionally, Top Manufacturing Executive plans and forecasts resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support business goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to chief operating officer (coo) or top management. The Top Manufacturing Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Summary Of Responsibilities:
- Observe safety procedures when using equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, or power tools to avoid accidents.
- Cleaning surfaces such as hardwood floors, tile floors, carpeting, countertops, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
- Cleaning furniture using dust cloths or brushes, as well as vacuum cleaners or shampooers.
- Cleaning surfaces using spray bottles of cleaning agents on large surfaces such as walls or ceilings.
- Perform cleaning quality checks.
Basic Qualifications:
- Driver's license
- The ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Own and reliable transportation (With Insurance)
- Ability to read, speak, and write English.
