We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Day Program for Adults with Disabilities and ensuring exceptional client care. You will also be responsible for managing Direct Support Professional (DSP) Staff Members, reporting to the Programs Director, working closely with the Activities Director and providing leadership to the team.

- Manage Day Program operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent Client Care by training and coaching team members
- Monitor Client activies and implement effective problem solving skills
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Handle staff inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Previous experience in a supervisor positioin is required
