Overview:
Hribar Logistics seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Brokerage team. As a Logistics Sales Executive, you will drive sales and build strong relationships with clients in the logistics industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and knowledge of 3PL and transportation management systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Act as a strategic partner between the carrier and the customer
· Manage existing customer challenges with sensible solutions
· Strategically sell additional services by developing deep customer relationships
· Develop long term relationships by providing excellent customer support
· Manage forecast accuracy
· Provide feedback to help identify prospects’ wants and needs and provide the best solutions
· Schedule, track and ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time
· Work with the Billing department to handle all carrier/customer issues in a timely manner
· Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
Experience
· Minimum 2 yrs. of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation or like experience
· High attention to detail with proven ability to multitask
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills
· On call, receiving calls from clients including holidays weekends and evenings
· Strong negotiation skills
· Deadline and detail oriented
· Team and customer-first approach to work
· Ability to develop a creative approach to overcoming obstacles
· Bilingual skills are a plus
Education
Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, executives and other employees of the organization.

Ability to apply mathematical concepts.
