    Position Summary:

    The Executive Director of Enrollment Management leads the development and execution of a dynamic, innovative, analytics driven, strategic enrollment plan that advances St. Petersburg College's Strategic Plan. Responsible for a comprehensive strategy with a strategic focus on enrollment, recruitment, and onboarding processes and goals. Responsible for developing and executing a strategic preadmissions plan that focuses on providing high quality service and seamless transitions from application to enrollment. This position serves as a key leader of the recruiting and pre-enrollment teams in ensuring all preadmissions functional areas have processes, policies, technology, and resources necessary to optimize student enrollment access and success. Strong collaboration and coordination with departments across the college including but not limited to Admission and Records, Recruiting, Financial Aid, Business Office, Testing, Advising, and academic departments.

    This is the first of four levels in the Student Services Management series. The classification is responsible for providing complex and senior level direction to the activities of an assigned student services related department or program. Incumbents work in a student services related department or function which enables the College to provide assistance and support to all students related to the enrollment, registration, and advising services. Incumbents will develop strategies to accomplish College-wide goals, implement policies and procedures, and develop and monitor an assigned budget. Incumbents perform management level work for their assigned departments or functions, only performing analysis or professional level work if necessary.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    Master's degree in a related field to assigned area.

    Experience:

    Five (5) years of experience in Enrollment Management, preferably at a Community, Technical or Career College, with progressive leadership and position responsibilities. Experience with developing and maintaining department budgets, data analytics, and marketing strategies. Must have demonstrated success in developing and implementing proactive enrollment strategies.

    • Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

    Responsibilities:

    * Develop, execute, and maintain a strategic enrollment management plan that is data informed with realistic yet ambitious enrollment targets, and lead the implementation of measurable growth strategies for SPC.

    * Create metrics and KPIs related to Enrollment Management to measure performance consistently and effectively.
    * Guide strategic discussions regarding enrollment goals. Provide context and a broad perspective on national dynamics and challenges. Help the SPC community understand important enrollment metrics and the possible effects and consequences of proposed actions.
    * Lead the Enrollment Management department and supervises key positions.
    * Steer planning teams composed of various levels of college leadership to develop short, medium, and long-range enrollment initiatives, strategies, and goals.
    * Comprehensive understanding and experience as a decision-maker in a collaborative, highly matrixed environment with stakeholder collaboration experience and the ability to quickly develop and manage both internal and external relationships.
    * Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks, innovate, take advantage of opportunities, and lead change.
