Job Description:

• Around 10 years of total WMOS professional experience
• Experience working on Manhattan Active version 2021
• Support Manhattan warehouse Level 2 operations and help team on troubleshooting and fixing issues related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) application
• Assist with WMS implementations across multiple locations; participate in project planning meetings, system readiness testing, user acceptance testing, operations training and implementation support for go-live
• Experience working Retail Client
• Handling SEV1 process and lead
• Communicate system-related bugs to Manhattan WMS team for triaging, identifying root cause and assisting in code change testing
• Experience handling problem management incidents
• Define business requirements for software, develop and conduct training, and resolve discrepancies to achieve company and customer objectives
• Proactively communicate with customers, employees, and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met
• Communicate urgent issues to various stakeholders and prioritize escalations
• Responsible for setting expectations and managing client s responsibilities for Implementation IT and Business ensuring all areas are meeting their specific responsibilities deliverables on time
• Working closely with Product Owner and Client to ensure that the solution delivery is as per company standards
• Conduct training for software maintenance, start-ups, enhancements, and upgrades
