Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and document management

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documents
- Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic signature processing
- Ability to assist in event planning logistics
- Excellent calendar management skills to organize appointments efficiently
- Proficient in phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Prior experience in office management is a plus
