In this role, you will:

• Generate and acquire new Drayage business through effective cold calling.
• Negotiate rates with clients for transportation services.
• Respond to sales opportunities and use knowledge of the market to provide strategic pricing.
• Manage all aspects of your accounts.
• Collaborate with your team and celebrate the wins of the entire team

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field
• 2-3 Years of Drayage sales experience
• Go-getter mindset without allowing rejection to be a hurdle.
• Comfortable with communication over the phone and on the computer.
• Proactive with follow up and relationship skills.
• Teamwork mentality to assist fellow co-workers as needed.
• Technology savvy with the ability to work with several platforms at once.
