Duties

• Provides analytical and operational support by performing administrative, analytical, planning, and evaluative work requiring analytical skills.
• Serves as new hire orientation coordinator, ensuring orientation is completed for all new hires/transfers before release to work center.
• Coordinates and sets up date, schedule, materials, speakers, etc. Identifies potential problems, trends, and other similar factors that affect distribution center human resources management.
• Controls and maintains correspondence/workload data, statistics and suspense files.
• Prepares narrative analyses graphs, charts, and management statistics of data for use in briefings and presentations.
