Top Litigation Executive oversees all litigation related to an organization and ensures maximum protection of the organization's legal rights. Acts as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff. Being a Top Litigation Executive directs cases through litigation cycle, reviews new files for coverage and liability issues, and develops a cost effective defense strategy. Consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Additionally, Top Litigation Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Our court reporting firm is actively seeking a part-time enthusiastic office assistant. Our team works in a fast-paced, yet casual and fun environment. We are seeking an employee who shows a positive attitude daily, has a strong work ethic, can work well with a team as well as independently, and is highly motivated and possesses the desire to learn.
Position hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (somewhat flexible)
Position pay is $18.00/hr.
