Top Litigation Executive oversees all litigation related to an organization and ensures maximum protection of the organization's legal rights. Acts as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff. Being a Top Litigation Executive directs cases through litigation cycle, reviews new files for coverage and liability issues, and develops a cost effective defense strategy. Consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Additionally, Top Litigation Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Litigation Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Litigation Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We are looking for reliable individuals to join our team as a scooper/cashier. The ideal candidate is friendly, well-spoken and loves ice cream! The individual will be responsible for assisting customers with selecting menu items and maintaining stock levels throughout the day. As well as keeping up with cleaning.
Responsibilities:
- Take customers' orders and present the bill to them.
- Know the menu.
- Tell customers about the specials.
- Welcome guests to the restaurant.
- Communicate with other workers to ensure that orders are promptly prepared and delivered to customers.
- Handle payments and money.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
