Top Litigation Executive oversees all litigation related to an organization and ensures maximum protection of the organization's legal rights. Acts as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff. Being a Top Litigation Executive directs cases through litigation cycle, reviews new files for coverage and liability issues, and develops a cost effective defense strategy. Consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Additionally, Top Litigation Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Litigation Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Litigation Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     As a Client Executive you will lead WWT sales efforts with local Fortune 500-1000 customers across all verticals. Armed with the expertise of our sales engineering team, you'll build and nurture relationships with our customer leaders, identify gaps within the customers technical environment and deliver state of the art solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Modernization, Multicloud Architecture, Security Transformation and Digital Strategy.     What will you be doing?

    The Client Executive will sell broad technical services, solutions and products to our customers within the local market. Day to day responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships within a territory, leading customer sales meetings and presentations, and bringing customer requests to the WWT technical teams for scoping. The Client Executive will team with local Engineers and Architects, as well as experts to truly provide expertise and value. The ability to listen, learn and understand broad technical solutions is required as you look to provide value to our customers on cutting edge technologies. This position will require the ability to travel up to 25%.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acts in a consultative fashion providing customers a unique perspective by identifying customer's business priorities, sharing unique insights to those priorities, and proactively advancing the customer's objectives.
    • Effective at working with cross functional teams to develop business relevant solutions for our customers and partners.
    • Proven experience driving two-way communication linking customer's business priorities with differentiated value proposition and solution.
    • Being a successful member of a team that has managed very complex and large customer relationship
    • Can establish a deep understanding of value drivers and ROI and able to influence a wide range of customer stakeholders.
    • Strong cultural fit that exhibits a strong passion for continuous learning
    • Position WWT capabilities and service offerings with client business and technology objectives
    • Develop and execute account strategy
    • Drive deal momentum by inspiring a high impact team of inside sales, technology specialists, and consultants to take active roles in the execution of the account strategy
    • Develop a strategy for engaging critical stakeholders and understand how to position our unique strengths to meet individual stakeholder needs
    • Can articulate value of a solution in terms that are consistent with the business objectives of the customer.
    • Able to drive the buying process by coaching stakeholders on next steps and providing relevant value statements and/or ROI analysis for internal justification
    • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-making leaders at targeted clients
    • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and forecast accurately
    • Form and maintain client and business partner relationships including Partner/OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specialists and business units

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Candidates should already be living in the Greater Charlotte Metro market.
    • 8-10 years of experience managing/leading a book of business ($5M-$10M in revenue) and successful account management
    • Highly regarded by Partner/OEM Account Teams, as well as Technical Management levels.
    • Hunting mentality and able to drive business into new accounts in the local market.
