    Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Executive Director position.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community. Specific responsibilities include assuring compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, assuming budgetary responsibility, maintaining the appearance and operations of the physical plant, and safeguard provisioning of all daily service to residents consistent our mission statement & vision.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment in a management position, preferably as a Nursing Home Administrator
    • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is preferred
    • Experience should show progressively increasing supervisory and budgetary responsibilities within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting
