Top Legal Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's legal affairs. Ensures all business policies and activities are managed correctly and in compliance with current laws. Being a Top Legal Executive provides strategic guidance on legal issues, manages compliance and risk mitigation, reviews contracts, and handles other legal duties to protect the organization's interests. Uses a broad range of legal expertise and current knowledge to advise leadership on any regulatory changes or actions that may impact the business. Additionally, Top Legal Executive assists or represents the organization in business negotiations. May assist in the defense of the organization in lawsuits and the prosecution of lawsuits on behalf of the organization. Requires a JD. Requires State Bar membership. Typically reports to Top Legal Executive. Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization.     Summary of Position

     

    The Top Golf Attendant will assist in Bar, Busser, Drink Runner, Guest Service and Host duties.

    • Understands where to get the information needed to complete tasks to standard.
    • Can explain and demonstrate technical skills used to complete tasks to standard.
    • Can explain or demonstrate the behavioral values or standards needed to complete tasks to standard.
    • Understands how to take ownership of problems and solve them when solutions may not be available.
    • Can explain how to request help from others when needed to complete task or goal.
    • Has complete knowledge and can tell others of IMGR&C products and services.
    • Provide guests with directions or other venue information. Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.

    • Required to work all Marketing Special Events and Concerts.

    • Reports all guest complaints and compliments to Supervisor or Manager.
    • Reports all situations to Supervisor or Manager where resort grounds or equipment do not meet IMGR&C standards.

    1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and are subject to change at management’s discretion:
    • Responsible for maintaining and assisting guesting with safety instructions for the Top Golf Bays.
    • Maintaining the beverages and inventory.
    • Answering phone calls and taking reservations.
    • Cashiering and providing the best guest service experience to our customers.

    • High School Diploma/ GED, Bar experience, Golfing experience, Cashier experience, and Basic computer skills.

Must be able to use hand held communications devices. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The team member must be able to stand for several hours.
