Under general direction and federal oversight, the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Defense Programs (DP), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) has need of a full time, contractor-staffed, Knowledge Management Analyst to support the Office of Stockpile Management (NA 12) Business Processes Team. This is an analyst role in support of the NA-12 Leadership Principal Assistant Deputy Administrator (PADA) and Deputy Principal Assistant Deputy Administrator (DPADA) and other Federal staff as assigned.
This position is located at NNSA-ABQ/Kirtland Air Force Base and will provide direct support to the Business Process Team (BPT) Lead, Albuquerque Records Manager and collaborate with NA-12 BPT staff located at NNSA-HQ/FORS Washington DC. The Knowledge Management Analyst (KMA) should have demonstrated knowledge management (KM) experience.
The KMA will perform a wide variety of activities including, but not limited to:
institutional knowledge.
The KMA will provide key support to the BPT Lead, Records Manager and members of the BPT Team with liaison efforts, managing interfaces, and coordinating day-to-day information system and records activities among other Defense Program (DP) Offices, Department of Defense, or Design and Production Agencies as well as the Office and Human Capital & Business Operations.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Albuquerque NNSA office.
