This team member:

• Manages all day-to-day administrative tasks including schedule oversight and appointment booking
• Handles various communication on behalf of the agent including calls, emails, and messaging across various platforms
• Plans and facilitates meetings (agenda development, time management, note taking, and follow-up)
• Conducts research and prepares information for listing presentations, client conversations, group meetings, etc., and prioritizes items requiring the agent’s attention
• Expands brand visibility and community engagement via social media management, content curation, intentional agent outreach, etc.
• Oversees lead assignment and accountability
• Supervises virtual assistant and ensures effective team workflow
• Provides bookkeeping support including facilitating bill payments, preparing expense reports, and generating P&L statements
• Builds, improves upon, and implements new systems for increased productivity and efficiency
• Enjoys meeting the demands of the day and approaches challenges with curiosity and a solution-based attitude

*Salary from $50,000.00 per year bonus(es) for additional earning opportunity
