Job Summary:

The Sales Guide at Land Rover Henderson is responsible for assisting customers in their search for a new or pre-owned vehicles. This full-time, commission-only role requires a motivated and sales-driven individual who can achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Located in Henderson, Nevada, this individual contributor role offers the opportunity to represent a prestigious brand and be a part of an experienced sales team.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, commission-only role, with the potential to earn a competitive income. In addition to commission, the Sales Guide may also receive bonuses and incentives based on performance. Other benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts on dealership products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of all Land Rover vehicles
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by asking questions and listening to their needs
- Conduct test drives, negotiating and closing deals
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current and upcoming vehicle models and features
- Follow-up and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to ensure the best customer experience
- Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, including sales and CRM processes
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
