ABOUT THE ROLE:

When our pets inspire us to be more loving and caring individuals, it’s no surprise that our Groomers truly embody those qualities. With your patience, guidance and passion for helping others, you’ll provide high-quality, personal pet grooming services right in the driveway of our client's homes. We’re looking for pet lovers of any kind with grooming experience and who want to make a real change in the lives of the pets in our care.

Your Responsibilities:

• At least 6 months of pet grooming experience.
• Understanding of breed grooming standards and individual client preferences.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of every pet in our care.
• Grooming certification (preferable).
• Managing a digital schedule via smartphone.
• Maintaining a a neat and sanitary environment for the pets in our care.
• Upholding and maintaining the Furry Land vehicle and property.
• Communicating effectively with clients.
• Maintaining a valid state’s driver’s license.
• Ability to lift to 75lbs and/or heavy dogs temporarily.
• Must pass a background check.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Driver's License (required)
• 6 months pet grooming work experience (required)
• 1 year pet grooming experience (preferred)
• 1 year supervisory experience (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $180.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
