Establishes and approves operating policies and procedures to guide the design of projects. Being a Top Laboratory Executive estimates the time and resources needed to complete projects. Orders and inspects materials and equipment and maintains detailed and accurate inventory of lab supplies. Additionally, Top Laboratory Executive manages costs by maintaining vendor relationships and implementing process improvements. Typically responsible for acquiring funding. Requires a master's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Laboratory Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Based at our US Head Quarters in West Virginia the successful candidate will spend a considerable amount of time out in the field visiting potential customers. With a definite focus on developing new business, the Sales Executive will target Clinicians and Physicians in West Virginia and neighboring states to promote our STI and T1D testing services.
