Additionally, Top Laboratory Executive manages costs by maintaining vendor relationships and implementing process improvements. Typically responsible for acquiring funding. Your Responsibilities
Consistently meet and/or exceed monthly sales quota
Grow and maintain a designated territory and book of business through new sales.
Upsell new test menu offerings and new initiatives to existing clients
Maintain a pipeline and forecast for 120 (30/60/90/120) days of new prospects
Train new clients on PGL/PGL requirements to protect the integrity of all specimens
Responsible for learning the LIS system to track and monitor territory payer mix, volume, and areas of opportunity.
Develop a comprehensive pipeline of potential clients to ensure effective execution of sales metrics.
Your Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Two to three years of sales experience (laboratory sales experience preferred)
Your Skills and Competencies
Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of targets and prospects including forecasting, branding, and marketing in a designated territory. Leadership and negotiation skills. Strong communication and execution skills. Understanding the dynamics and environment of a given territory to sell and retain.
Experience with MS Word, Zoom, CRM/Sales Force/Stratus
