Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     The role of the Inventory Compliance and Quality Control Manager is to be the primary owner of inventory processes and procedures. Duties include monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. This role is responsible for all inventory movements for the Retail Inventory Department. 

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    The primary role of the Inventory Compliance and Quality Control Manager is ownership of Retail Inventory.

    Daily Tasks:

    ●        20% EOD and EOM audits
    ●        20% Reconciling variances in product inventory
    ●        20% Tracking and ownership of inventory movement accuracy
    ●        20% Regular comparison of sales data in POS and ERP systems 
    ●        20% Other duties assigned by management including repetitive lifting of products up to 50lbs

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

    ●        Inventory management experience required
    ●        Excel experience required
    ●        Must be at least 21 years of age 
    ●        Must be able to meet all shift requirements with regularity, predictability and consistency
    ●        ERP experience preferred

    Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

    ●        Inventory Compliance and Quality Control Manager will move and count product through the facility and must be able to lift 50 pounds
