Come join Kohler's International Marketing team! It is a really exciting opportunity to look at global business and learn about building out a brand across the globe. The intern would sit with-in the Showrooms and Events channel and help create tools and programming for regional teams to drive consistency and execute with excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building out best in class playbooks for our showrooms globally. Work with the Sr Manager of International Showrooms and Events to partner with cross functional and regional teams to understand priorities and flow for showroom playbooks across design, operations, and opening new locations – among others.
• Build knowledge around the foundations of the marketing world through partnership with our in-house creative team to write briefs, sit-in on kick-off meetings, and attend weekly reviews. Creative outputs will be based off the requirements for outstanding items for the global playbooks and others.  
• Compile and organize programming details and help with projects that will drive more engaging customer experiences in our showrooms.
• Help prep for the opening of a couple high profile Kohler Experience Centers.
• This role will assist an intern candidate in building out a deeper understanding of not only foundational marketing principles, but additionally learn more about our customers and how they engage with our brand plus the gracious experience they have in our showrooms.

*This role has the possibility to be hybrid in Chicago or Kohler, WI. Also, open to a remote intern with ability to travel.
