    • Close and sign agreements with accounts that support the Company’s vision in strategic business expansion
    • Engage and communicate with the Operations team (both CHB and FF) to help identify and align on SOP’s that may be specific to each account
    • Support the Finance/Accounting Department to help collect on outstanding invoices
    • Work closely with overseas offices and agents in developing trade lane specific business
    • Serve as the primary point-of-contact to ensure overall health in the relationship of the Company and the account/client
    • Offer exemplary customer service and support with the goal of expanding business and gauging further sales opportunities from existing accounts
    • Effectively and fairly deal with many constituents (colleagues, employees, agents, carriers, customers, etc.) via developed diplomacy and interpersonal skills to maximize sales and revenue growth within territory
    • Be an ambassador of LOGISTEED America, Inc. in the freight forwarding industry and represent the company in a way that reflects positively at all times to our customers and partners
    • Use proven and documented accountability and coaching methods on a continual basis to develop and support the growth of a cohesive global sales team
    • Encourage staff to learn as much as possible about the Freight Forwarding industry
    • Motivate staff to take pride in the Company as part of a winning team that has the best interests of the Company in mind
    • Lead by example
    • Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
    • Any other duties as assigned by manager

    Previous Work Experience

    • 7 years of Freight Forwarding Sales experience

    Educational and Certifications

    • 4-year college degree preferred

    • Proven PC capabilities (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills

    • Demonstrated experience interacting, developing and maintaining customer relationships
