Top Installation & Maintenance Executive plans and directs all aspects of the organization's installation and maintenance functions. Oversees the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field for optimum network usage and quality. Being a Top Installation & Maintenance Executive ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Ensures all functions are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Top Installation & Maintenance Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Installation & Maintenance Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Job Goal: Keeps the district's school buildings in such a state of operating excellence that they present no problems or interruptions to the educational program.
Employment Terms: 12 Months, 8 hours per days exclusive of a lunch
Occasionally, special arrangements may be made with the
supervisor if the situation warrants. Supervisor approval is required
if the contract day varies.

In the event school is cancelled due to winter precipitation, restore safe parking lots, walkways, steps, etc. prior to classes resuming. This includes plowing, shoveling, de-icing and sanding.
Summer:
During summer break, conduct seasonal and annual maintenance rather than daily tasks.
