Job Qualification Requirements
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and related experience Certification and/or Associate Degree in Mechanical field highly preferred. Must have ability to read and interpret company policy and procedure, safety rules, equipment operation and maintenance instructions. Must have ability to prepare and write routine reports and correspondence. Must have demonstrative prior knowledge of refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Must have previous knowledge and/or training in HVAC maintenance. HVAC certification is desired and must be obtained within 2 years of employment.
