Overview:

Top Tier Security Solutions is seeking an experienced alarm service technician/installer for an immediate hire at our Charlotte, NC office who is willing to travel at least once per month. This position will earn guaranteed pay, bonus and upsell opportunities, and require a self-motivated individual who is able to work with little supervision, sound judgement, and excellent communication skills. This position has the potential to grow to a team lead and/or management role following demonstration of superior performance and leadership qualities. Base pay for this position exceeds competition in the local market and features generous incentives and performance bonuses.

Qualifications:

· Superior track record of high-quality installations and extensive experience (2 years) with various equipment manufacturers and service providers (Alarm.com, ADT, DSC, etc.)

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Experience with field sales preferred.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Exercise sound judgement, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work flexible schedule as needs arise.

· Clean background, driving record, and professional demeanor.
