Position Description

E-J is seeking an experienced individual to join our company as a Healthcare Estimator. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-driven team player. E-J Estimator’s work as a team performing comprehensive estimates on a computerized estimating system.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform a complete take off
• Review all project documents
• Work with clients and vendors to prepare comprehensive and accurate estimates
• Attend scope review meetings
• Participate in project turn over to field prices

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical knowledge of construction
• Estimating, McCormick
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Annual salary range:

$80,000 - $150,000
