We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project coordination abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our executives.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items
- Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Utilize Outlook Calendar to schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus

- Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred
