ADAMIS GROUP Is seeking an experienced Beauty Retail Sales Associate with Fragrance Sales experience.

Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Beauty Retail sales associate to be a Fragrance Vendor with a strong focus on retail sales. The Beauty Advisor will focus on Fragrance, with the primary responsibility will to drive fragrance sales and provide exceptional customer service. Your expertise in Beauty and fragrances combined with your passion for sales will create a relationship with your Customers and Store employees.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Retail and fragrances to recommend and demonstrate the most suitable products based on customers' preferences.
• Conduct interactive product demonstrations and product trainings of different fragrances to Customers and Retail Employees.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement sales and retail sales and fragrance sales.
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized retail fragrance section, ensuring that products are prominently displayed and regularly restocked.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team retail sales targets, contributing to the overall profitability of the store.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, Beauty Advisor, or retail sales industry, with a focus on fragrance sales.
• A strong passion for fragrances and a deep understanding of scent families, notes, and fragrance composition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers and retail sales staff.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet customer demand.
